1.  Click the yellow Buy Now button for Credit/Debit or Paypal Payments.

2.  Click the Zelle button to pay with Zelle.

3.  On next screen enter your current monthly rent including sales tax.
 
3.  Click the buy with PayPal button                                    even if you do not have a pay pal account.
     
4.  The next screen will allow you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal or Discover.       
        
5. On this screen if you have a Pay-Pal account complete the information and click the blue                       button. 

6. If you do not have a Pay-Pal account click the                                          button.                                                                    
 
7. Enter your credit or debit card information.
